Terms of Service

1. Payment Terms & Conditions 

• All payments must be made in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
• Unless otherwise specified, a 100% deposit is required upon order confirmation.

Customized Products 

• Full payment is required once the design is confirmed. Production will not commence until full payment has been received.
• All designs must be confirmed prior to payment. No changes will be accepted after payment is settled.
• A ±10% quantity variance is acceptable for customized items.
• Pre-ordered customized products will be shipped within 25–35 working days.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• FPS (Faster Payment System)
• Alipay
• WeChat Pay

3. Delivery Services

• Free Delivery for orders of HK$1,000 or above (per delivery date and address).
• Orders between HK$500 – HK$999: HK$60 delivery fee.
• Orders below HK$500: HK$80 delivery fee.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email after payment and may select the delivery date via our website.
• Delivery times depend on lead time and product availability.
• In-stock orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Preferred delivery times may be requested but are not guaranteed. While we strive for timely delivery, we shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
• Delivery is not available to Outlying Islands.
• Customers must ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If no one is present, re-delivery will be required, and a HK$80 transportation fee plus any additional expenses will apply.
• Customers must check the goods upon delivery and sign the delivery note to confirm receipt.
• Any damage or defect must be reported to customer service within 7 days of receipt.

Customized Products Delivery

Customers will be notified when production is complete and may select delivery via the Delivery Request system on our website.

4. Storage Services

i. Scope of Service

• Storage service is available for bulk purchase orders, including customized products and standard (stock) products.
• Products will be stored in our designated warehouse facilities under normal storage conditions.

ii. Free Storage

• For bulk orders, we provide 3 months of free storage starting from the date the products are ready for delivery.
• After the free storage period, standard storage charges will apply.

iii. Storage Charges

• After the free storage period, storage will be charged at HK$200 per CBM per month (calculated on a monthly basis, non-prorated).
• Any partial CBM (Cubic Meter) will be rounded up to the nearest CBM.
• All storage fees must be settled on a monthly basis. Customers are required to pay the storage charges for each month in advance.

iv. Storage Period & Disposal

• The maximum storage period shall not exceed 12 months from the date products are ready for delivery.
• If the customer fails to collect the goods within the agreed storage period and no extension arrangement is made, the company reserves the right to dispose of the goods without further notice, and no refund will be given.

v. Liability

• While reasonable care will be taken during storage, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration caused by natural wear, humidity, temperature changes, or force majeure events

5. Order Modifications 

• Once an order is confirmed, it is automatically processed by our logistics system.
• No cancellations or modifications (including changes to product type, quantity, style, size, or payment method) will be permitted after confirmation.

6. Refunds and Returns

• For hygiene and safety reasons, all food-related packaging and customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Refunds or exchanges will only be granted if:
  • The product received is defective or damaged; 
  • or the wrong product was delivered.
• Customers must notify customer service within 7 days of receipt with photos or other supporting evidence.
• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with intact packaging.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days following inspection.
